You are not alone. At The Healing Center we will help you to gain a better understanding of your anxiety. What triggers it, how your body feels, and how it impacts your thoughts and actions. You will learn strategies to manage anxiety including relaxation techniques, thought challenging, and mindfulness practices.
Treating Depression
Depression drains our energy and drive to do almost anything. In the face-paced world that we live in, we can often feel guilty or not good enough when we are not able to meet the demands of life. At The Healing Center you will learn more about depression and how it impacts thoughts, feelings, actions. You will learn strategies to cope with depression including learning about healthy lifestyle changes, utilizing social supports, and strategies to train your brain for more positive thinking.
Relational Issues
Relationships are one of the most important elements of our lives which often comes with happiness and fulfillment, but also stress and pain. At The Healing Center, we can provide you with tools to manage your most difficult relationships. You will learn communication skills, boundary setting skills, and also learn how to foster a healthier relationship with yourself.
